2. Get a new notebook for new list
3. Write a list of things needed to get done
3. Mentally prepare myself that I will get non done but note book and no drinking
4. Go to bed early
Good enough for today. . I’m tired 6 year old bday party’s wipe me out. Fridays wipe me out. I’m craving a Friday night glass (2 bottles) of wine.. I’m to tired and to busy at work tomorrow to do so, and I don’t drink anymore. .
